Refund Policy

After purchasing a software license, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days without stating a reason. If installation has been performed, the installation fee is deducted from the refund.

Hardware returns (POS, tablet, printer, etc.) are accepted within 14 days provided the item is undamaged and in its original packaging.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The refund process is completed within 5-10 business days.
